Welcome to the New Student Veterans Committee Website!
The Student Veterans Committee is a recognized committee of the Associate Student body of Washington State University. This committee is made up of veterans who have served in the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. The Student Veterans Committee has been designed to raise awareness concerning veterans benefits, influence related veterans legislation, and form on-campus activities.
Whether you're a veteran transitioning into college and civilian life for the first time, or perhaps a veteran who has just graduated and is seeking employment in today's work force, the Student Veterans Committee is a great information source to help all. Also, we plan and coordinate several events throughout the year for our Veteran students. Some of those events are our annual Veterans Day Memorial ceremony, BBQs, and other similar activities.
